Each operation maps to a Processing API job. Inputs are validated and measured before a job is accepted, so you are only ever charged for work that runs.

Returns structured fields: supplier, invoice number, dates, currency, subtotal, tax, total.
Jobs are asynchronous. Poll the status endpoint, and when it reports available: true download each file listed under files. Every download includes an X-Result-SHA256 header, and results are retained for 7 days.
