Effective 13 October 2026. These terms govern use of Skavio Agent Tools.
Skavio LLC provides document and media processing over an API, a web dashboard and an MCP endpoint. You may use the service only for lawful business purposes and only with content you are entitled to process.
You are responsible for the security of your credentials. Credits are prepaid and are consumed by operations you submit. Credits do not expire. Failed jobs release their reserved credits back to your balance.
Credit orders are settled in native USDC. An order is funded only after the corresponding on-chain transaction is verified as final and correct. Blockchain transfers are irreversible; Skavio is not responsible for transfers sent to the wrong address or wrong network.
Do not use the service to process unlawful content, to infringe intellectual property, to attack or overload systems, or to attempt to access data belonging to another tenant.
The service is provided on an as-is basis. Skavio works to keep it available and accurate but does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. Liability is limited to the credits spent on the affected operation.
We may update these terms; material changes will be posted here with a new effective date.
