Effective 13 October 2026.
Account details (company name and email), a password hash, API key hashes, your credit ledger, your USDC orders and the jobs you submit. Passwords and API secrets are stored only as salted hashes; the plaintext secret is shown once at creation.
Uploads are sent to the processing engine under your company's tenant binding. Results are retained for 7 days from completion and then deleted. You can delete a job and its result at any time; deletion removes the stored bytes.
USDC payments are verified against public blockchain data. We store the transaction hash and confirmation count for reconciliation. We never hold customer private keys or card data.
Every upload, job, result, key and payment is bound to a single company. A credential for one company cannot read or write another company's data.
