Processing credits: estimates, reservations and failures

Business automation needs predictable usage. Skavio company jobs show a quote before processing, reserve that amount on submission and settle it when the job finishes.

A reservation is not another payment

The available balance decreases when a job reserves credits. Reserved credits are shown separately while the job is queued or processing. A successful job consumes the fixed quote. A failed job releases its full reservation back to the available balance.

Opening a Stripe checkout does not add credits. Credit packs are added after a verified paid checkout; monthly plan credits are added after a paid invoice. Repeated notifications do not grant the same payment twice.

Prices follow the measured source

Flow uses 30 credits per page, OCR 10 per page, Transcribe 6 per started minute, Meeting 30 per started minute and audio/video file tools 4 per started minute. Standard file operations start at 3 credits per started 10 MB; for PDFs the larger size-based or page-based quote applies, at 3 credits per started 10 pages per source.

Choose a pack or a monthly plan

Paid packs start at €10 for 10,000 credits and include larger options. Monthly company plans are Starter (€29 / 20,000 credits), Business (€79 / 80,000) and Pro (€199 / 250,000). Paid credits do not expire and monthly credits roll over. All three plans currently have the same processing limits.

Fair sharing keeps jobs manageable

This release permits one active platform job per company, up to 100 pending company jobs and three active platform jobs across the deployment. A key or session is limited to 120 requests per minute. Upload batches are capped at 100 files and 500 MB, with a 2 GB source-storage limit per company.

Existing personal web subscriptions and Meeting minute packs remain separate. Company processing credits do not silently replace those entitlements. Source files and platform results normally expire after seven days; accounting records are retained separately.
