This Privacy Policy explains how Skavio Transcribe + Translate processes information when you use the Telegram bot and related services.

Information we process

• Telegram identifiers needed to receive and respond to your requests, such as your user ID and chat ID.
• Audio, video, voice messages, files or public links that you submit for transcription or translation.
• The transcription or translation content produced for your request.
• Job information such as media duration, selected action, target language, processing status and timestamps.
• Telegram Stars payment information needed to confirm payments, provide support and process refunds.

How we use information

We process this information only to provide the requested service, calculate the price, complete transcription or translation, deliver the result, handle payments or refunds, provide support, prevent misuse and maintain service reliability.

Service providers

Telegram is used for messaging and Telegram Stars payments. OpenAI services may be used to process transcription and translation requests. Submitted public links may be accessed to retrieve the media you asked us to process.

Retention

Temporary media files and generated output files are intended to be deleted after processing and delivery. Limited operational and payment metadata may be retained for service reliability, support, fraud prevention, accounting and refund handling.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. Information is shared only with service providers needed to operate the requested service, or when required by law.

Your choices

Do not submit content that you do not have permission to process. You may contact us to ask questions about privacy or request deletion of information that we are able and required to delete.

Security

We use reasonable technical and operational safeguards designed to protect service data. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
