From PDF invoices to a reviewed spreadsheet

A folder of invoices should not mean an afternoon of copying supplier names, invoice numbers and totals. Skavio Flow prepares structured data for your review and export.

Start with the fields your business needs

Use the same Skavio account as the other web tools and create a company workspace. Upload PDF invoices, scanned images or UTF-8 text, then choose fields such as supplier, invoice_number, issue_date, currency and total. Add instructions for your own document vocabulary.

Flow reads embedded PDF text locally. Scans use the existing OCR engine before structured extraction. The result includes one document row per source and a separate worksheet for line items.

Check the quote before processing

Extraction costs 30 company credits per page, including OCR when needed and XLSX, CSV and JSON exports. The dashboard estimates the price before you start. A new workspace receives 1,000 trial credits; no card is required for that trial.

Review, correct and export

Missing values and ambiguous output are flagged for review. Check totals, dates and line items against the original source. You can correct extracted scalar fields in the dashboard and regenerate the exports without repeating the paid processing job.

Source evidence is useful for checking an extracted value, but matching a text snippet does not establish that the value has the correct business meaning. Treat your review as part of the workflow.

Save the recipe for next week

Save your fields and instructions as a company workflow. Your team can reuse it in the dashboard, and a server integration can submit new documents with the workflow ID through the same API. Flow prepares exportable files; importing them into a particular ERP requires your own integration or an agreed Skavio implementation.
