Skavio sets founding terms for its AI Office Assistant pilot
Skavio’s AI Office Assistant is offered as a managed early-access pilot for small and medium-sized businesses. The first three accepted deployments have a defined setup price; later deployments move to a higher starting setup price, while monthly service starts at the same level.
A managed office assistant, scoped to real work
The pilot is designed around everyday office processes rather than a generic chatbot. Its feature set can include email triage, summaries, draft replies and follow-up tracking; calendar scheduling and reminders; tasks, notes and daily briefings; and document or invoice intake with OCR and data extraction. It also includes searchable company knowledge with source-grounded answers, alongside roles, an audit log, approvals, backups and monitoring.
Founding price and what follows
The first three accepted founding deployments are priced at €990 setup plus from €299 per month. After those founding slots, standard setup starts from €1,490, with monthly service still from €299. These are published starting terms, not a promise that a founding slot remains available; final scope and any exceptional third-party or infrastructure costs are confirmed before payment.
Integration and data handling are confirmed in the pilot
Email, calendar and accounting or CRM connections depend on the customer’s actual systems and available API access, so they are confirmed during scoping rather than assumed. Application data and operational state can remain on a dedicated customer VPS. Standard pilots use external AI model APIs for selected tasks, sending only the content needed for those tasks; a local or private model variant can be scoped separately.
A target, not a deadline guarantee
The typical pilot delivery target is about two weeks after scope, required access and integration constraints are confirmed. It is a target, not a guaranteed deadline. The work begins by defining the processes, systems, approval points and data requirements that determine what can be included.
