Skavio offers paid proof-of-value AI pilots with private preview and managed deployment

Companies with a defined operational problem can work with Skavio through a remote, asynchronous pilot: scope the use case, build and verify a bounded solution, review it privately, then deploy and operate it when the project calls for ongoing management.

Start with a real process

The pilot is designed for companies, innovation teams, IT providers and digitalisation partners that already know where work is getting stuck. The first step is written scope intake: the current problem, systems and APIs involved, inputs and outputs, user roles, approval points, data constraints, expected volume and deployment preference.

Email is the default communication channel; Telegram can be used where appropriate.
On-site meetings are not required as part of standard delivery.
Online calls are optional when the customer process requires them and Skavio agrees.

Build against an agreed boundary

Once the commercial scope is approved, Skavio can activate bounded Builder and worker capacity for implementation. The work includes building the defined workflow, automated checks, repair and review steps, and verification of the required integrations. A paid implementation milestone is required before build capacity and customer infrastructure are committed.

The pilot is paid and custom-quoted; there is no public fixed price.
Unsupported integrations are not promised before their API, access and technical constraints are reviewed.
A typical target is about two weeks after scope, access and integration constraints are confirmed; this is a target, not a guaranteed deadline.

Review privately before deployment

A private remote preview gives the customer a controlled way to inspect the result before wider use. The process includes written acceptance and revision steps rather than treating an early build as a finished production system. This is particularly useful when the workflow handles documents, approvals, internal knowledge or other business operations.

Important or irreversible external actions can remain behind explicit human approval.
The customer’s roles, retention rules and security requirements are scoped as part of the pilot.
Customer data and operational state can be deployed on dedicated customer infrastructure when included in the agreed design.

Continue with managed operation

After acceptance, Skavio can deploy the bounded solution to a dedicated customer VPS or separately scoped infrastructure. When included in the agreement, the ongoing service covers monitoring, backups and controlled updates. Standard AI pilots may use external model APIs for selected tasks; only the content needed for those tasks is sent, while a local or private model variant can be scoped separately.

The delivery model covers build, verification and deployment rather than a standalone prototype handoff.
Large or unclear scopes remain subject to a custom quote and owner approval.
No pilot should be treated as a customer deployment until its runtime verification exists.

A proof-of-value pilot is a controlled delivery path: define the process, verify the boundaries, review the result privately, and only then decide how it should be operated.
