SKAVIO SERVICE

From first build to daily operation, Skavio manages the full delivery chain

A useful business tool is more than code. Skavio can build the worker, bot, web app or workflow, deploy it into a suitable runtime, and continue with monitoring, backups, recovery and ongoing operation.

From first build to daily operation, Skavio manages the full delivery chain

Start with the process, not the technology

The engagement begins with the business requirement: what starts the process, which data moves through it, where decisions are made and what the final output should be. That may mean a background worker, a Telegram bot or Mini App, a business website, a web application, a managed VPS or a workflow connecting email, documents, APIs and approvals.

Build and deploy as one service

Skavio handles implementation together with deployment rather than leaving a finished project for someone else to operate. Depending on the scope, the solution may use Docker, databases, queues, scheduled jobs, REST APIs, webhooks, document processing or Telegram-native controls. New integrations and ambiguous requirements are reviewed before they are included in a final quote.

Operation is part of the product

After deployment, the service can include a managed runtime or VPS, health monitoring, restart recovery, backups and recovery procedures. For suitable workloads, a lightweight worker can run on deliberately isolated shared infrastructure. A dedicated runtime is more appropriate when stronger isolation or heavier processing is required. The aim is not to promise a universal setup, but to match the operating model to the workload.

Clear scope before payment

Skavio’s business services include Workflow Automation from €590 setup and €49/month for the Starter tier, websites from €299 setup, web applications from €990 setup and Managed VPS care from €99 setup. Prices marked “from” depend on the reviewed scope. Third-party API or model costs, unusually high storage or bandwidth and exceptional compute may be separate. Larger projects may be split into milestones, and no package includes unlimited support or unlimited changes.

A managed handoff, not a mystery box

For a genuine enquiry, Skavio reviews the current process, tools, integrations, inputs, outputs, expected volume, hosting preference and approval points. The owner approves the completed offer before it is sent, and the customer must explicitly accept it before payment instructions or an invoice are created.

The deliverable is not only the application; it is the build, runtime and operating model around it.
