Businesses can now start with a defined launch package for managed digital work, from a lightweight Simple project to a more involved Complex build. Scope and final pricing are confirmed before payment.

Four starting points

Skavio’s business launch pricing separates projects into four practical levels. Simple is €99 setup plus €19 per month when managed. Business is €199 setup plus €29 per month. Advanced is €399 setup plus €39 per month. Complex is €699 setup plus €59 per month.

The price is tied to the work

These tiers are a starting framework, not a promise that every project fits neatly into one label. Skavio reviews the requested process, features, integrations, inputs and outputs before preparing the final offer. If the scope is ambiguous or extends beyond a published tier, the project receives a custom quote instead of an artificial package price.

From build to operation

The commercial model is designed around a managed outcome: build and deployment, the required runtime or VPS, monitoring, backups and recovery, and ongoing operation where the service requires it. The exact boundaries still depend on the approved scope. No package includes unlimited support or unlimited changes, and third-party API, model, storage, bandwidth or exceptional compute costs may be separate.

A controlled path to payment

The process has two approval points. First, Maya gathers the requirements and prepares the proposed scope, price and recurring terms for owner review. After approval, the offer is sent to the customer. The customer must explicitly accept it before an invoice or payment checkout is created. Business projects can use card payment, Stripe card payment or bank transfer by agreement; larger projects may be split into milestones.

Where the tiers apply

The launch ladder is intended for business projects such as managed workers, workflow automation, websites, web applications and managed VPS services. For example, Skavio Workflow Automation connects repetitive steps involving email, documents, approvals, reminders, Telegram and APIs. The appropriate tier depends on the process rather than the name of the tool.

A published tier makes the starting point clear; the approved scope determines the final offer.
