Operations continue after launch

After deployment, Skavio can provide managed hosting, monitoring, backups and routine Telegram support. External API and AI consumption is included in the monthly cost discussion rather than hidden behind a flat promise. Payment and account-specific issues can be escalated to work@skavio.eu, while routine support remains in Telegram.

The project scope and final Stars price are approved before Skavio sends a payment invoice.
